Terms of Service

1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of the RevSquad platform and website, provided by RevSquad. By creating a workspace or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of your organization.
2. The service
RevSquad provides an AI sales coach that communicates with your sales representatives over messaging channels, and a management dashboard with revenue forecasts, deal quality scores and pipeline analytics. Forecasts and scores are decision-support tools built from the information your team provides; they are not guarantees of revenue outcomes.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of information your team submits, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and for ensuring your reps consent to workplace use of the coach. You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages, violate messaging-platform policies, or process data you have no right to process.
4. Fees and billing
Plans are priced per coached rep per month, billed annually or monthly. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; we don't charge setup fees or per-message fees.
5. Your data
You own your deal data and conversation content. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination you may export your data in full; we delete it thereafter, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time; monthly plans end at the close of the current cycle and annual plans do not renew without your confirmation. We may suspend the service for material breach with reasonable notice.
7. Liability and governing law
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
